Celebrating the new faces of finance
Private Funds CFO is pleased to announce that nominations are open for its inaugural New Faces of Finance list. The list will celebrate the new generation of CFOs and COOs that highlight how the private markets industry is embracing a younger, more diverse talent pool.
The list will be published online and in the special edition of Private Funds CFO that is being published to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the CFOs and COOs Forum New York on January 18-19, 2023.
Submit your nomination by Wednesday, November 9 here. To be eligible, nominees should be under the age of 40 on December 31, 2022.
Private Funds CFO’s senior editorial team will decide the list based on three criteria:
- Evidence of leadership and innovation;
- The caliber of the firms they have worked with and any developments they were crucial in bringing about;
- Whether they possess an ‘X factor’ that marks them out as a future leader in private funds finance

On the form, in less than 500 words, include details of what the person has achieved to make them worthy of being included in the list and include any specific innovations that the nominee has developed on or career achievements that should be considered.
Any information included in the nomination should be suitable for publication.
Please also include date of birth in Month/Day/Year format. Nominees must be under the age of 40 on December 31, 2022. Nominees can be based anywhere in the world.
Firms and PRs are welcome to submit nominations, with no more than a single nomination per firm.
